Massage Therapy

Massage Therapy

Massage Therapy involves the manipulation of soft tissues and joints of the body, with an intention to relax, rehydrate and restore health and balance to the tissues. Massage is beneficial for every system of the body, with a special positive affect to the nervous system.

This type of manual therapy can rebalance the brain and muscles, and bring healthy touch to clients with chronic pain or emotional trauma. It can improve posture, movement, flexibility and emotional behaviour, as it has a positive influence on the overall wellbeing of the person receiving treatment.

Massage Therapy is covered by most health insurance plans. Receipts will be issued for these purposes.
